Greg Robinson became our realtor, the first time, when we were selling our house in Houghton Lake, in the fall of 2019.
We found this current house we just sold, in Hillman, just as Covid hit the world, yet he continued to help us in so many ways, including faxing documents to the mortgage company. Even though we were now over two hours north of him, we asked Greg to help us sell our Hillman house and help us find our next home. Like last time, we drove all over the state and made several offers before we found the right home and also had our offer accepted. We had Thanksgiving, Christmas, my husband had hip surgery, and on March 28th 2025, upper Michigan got hit with the worst ice storm and tree damage ever to hit us all. Through all this, Greg had to give us breaks and stop showing the house. There were also so many factors that took us over 300 days to find the right buyer and our next home. We always knew, any day or middle of the night, Greg would get back to us right away by text or answer the phone and give us an answer or reassurance. We highly recommend him and will sell using him again.... someday. Not right away.
